I’ve lived in Durham for more than 30 years. I hold both a general contractor’s license and a home inspection license. Before inspecting full-time, I spent decades building and restoring homes. From antebellum homes to new construction, I’ve worked on houses of every age and style across North Carolina. I've also inspected some of North Carolina's most beloved historic homes, including the Joel Lane House, Haywood Hall, and the Burgin-Wright House in Wilmington, among many other private historic homes across the Piedmont and beyond.
